About US: TCG is a Latina-owned agency providing cultural insights, content development and strategic/management consulting services to the arts and entertainment industry, tech and consumer retail sectors. We understand Latino culture because we are the culture. We create cultural understanding - and events, education programs, content, community outreach and social media awareness to help organizations build their cultural competency about Latino/Hispanic community issues, heritage, behavior and attitudes.
Too often, organizations inadvertently create distrust with the Latino/Hispanic community due to a lack of understanding of cultural norms, language and heritage traditions, making it difficult to earn brand empathy and loyalty.
